The Franciscan Archive warmly welcomes and encourages its viewers, who have the time and interest, to submit their own documents. In such a case, the document should be sent in any standard word processor format, or even via email. Understand that the WWW is mostly for public domain documents, but if you wish to reserve copyright this is possible by stating so, at the end of the document.
The only other requirements for document submissions are:
1) That it be related in some manner to St. Francis, Franciscanism, the Order of Friars Minor (of whatever observance or community), the Poor Clares, the Third Order, etc.
2) That it not be in any manner contrary to the integrity of the Catholic Faith nor contrary to communion with the Apostolic See
Otherwise documents can be scholarly or popular, and may include artwork (<100K per document), footnotes, the author's email address, hyperlinks to church/historic documents that are pertinent.
N.B. Needless to say, perhaps, The Franciscan Archive is in no manner affliliated with the scholarly journal Archivum Francescanum Historicum.
